Quality policy

HMS Group is a dynamically developing machine-building holding and its key activities include:

1. Development, manufacturing, testing, supply, installation, commissioning and after-sales service of:

  • pumps and pumping stations
  • centrifugal and rotary screw compressors
  • oilfield equipment, auxiliary equipment for oil & gas infrastructure
  • spare parts and specific products for various industries

2. Engineering (EP / EPC):

  • gas compression systems and compressor stations
  • oil and gas-condensate fields surface development facilities
  • hydro-technical structures and other industrial infrastructure objects

Operations of the companies of the Group are carried out under control of the Managing Company.

The strategic objective in terms of Quality is to provide consistent development of the Group based on continuous products and services improvement to meet the customers’ requirements and expectations.

The managing Company and the companies of the Group use the following approach to achieve the strategic Quality objectives:

  • Implement systematic measures to increase the quality of the existing products and services, including development and manufacturing of brand-new and more efficient solutions and services.
  • Offer a wide range of products and solutions, as well as complex turnkey solutions in accordance with the clients’ requirements.
  • Take systematic steps to access the requirements and expectations of the customers, measure and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure conditions for the professional development of the personnel helping them to achieve the business targets.
  • Provide continuous improvement of the Group Quality Management System (QMS), which is established in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and the process approach.
  • Continue development of the integrated KPI / targets system, combining all management levels. The achievement of the targets in ensured by the existing system of strategic and operational planning.
  • Apply consistent procedures of gathering and analysis of information about the Group departments and companies performance in order to make management decisions when required.
  • Establish long-term relations with suppliers for the client-focused product and spare-parts development and modernization.

The Group takes obligations and bears full responsibility for compliance with the requirements, development, maintenance and improvement of the unified QMS.
